English speaking is one of the crucial ability that we should acquire as English is the international language of diplomacy, business, science, technology, banking, computing, medicine, aviation, engineering and tourism. Hence, to improve our English speaking ability, there're some speaking exercise prepared for us and now its the time to proof to our lecturer what we have learnt through our second assignment - Oral Presentation.
This assignment requires us to create a video for a duration of 20 to 25 minutes delivering an oral presentation to describe the life, contribution, influence and work of a famous architect, designer or artist of our choice. The main requirement of this assignment is the eye-contact towards your listener to proof that you're not reading a script and also proofs that your clear understanding towards your topic.

For my group, Eelyn Cheong as leader, Cassandra Wong, Sean Chua, Jason Yap and me, we decided to create a presentation of a famous architect, Renzo Piano. The reason we chosen him was because that we know that he's a great architect and he has a lot of information to discover.

We began our oral presentation filming after we prepared our own part of the script.

This is the final product of our hard work.

Reflections :

Communication Skill
Discipline Specific Knowledge

After this assignment, my english speaking skill had been improved. I've got some method to give a good presentation. I believed that my english speaking skill could be improved after more practices, as Rome was not built in one day. No pain, no gain, I will try my best to overcome my weakness.
Besides, I've also gained a lot of knowledge that I've never known while doing research on the famous architect.
